Bite of Benin is a week-long culinary adventure where the kitchen becomes a place of curiosity and discovery for this West Africian Cuisine. Campers will cook, taste, and explore new flavors while discovering how food helps us understand people, places, and stories from around the world. Through hands-on making and creative exploration, campers will build confidence trying unfamiliar foods and ideas. Each day blends joyful activity with moments of storytelling and reflection. Campers will experiment with spices, collect recipes, and keep a food memory journal throughout the week. This camp encourages openness, willingness, and play on the plate and beyond it. The week closes by welcoming families in to witness the flavors, stories, and curiosities campers gathered along the way.
